We hope that our Clemson Orienation experience will be beneficial in your transition to Clemson, & don't forget, we are here for you throughout the year as well!
Transferring from institution to institution also arises the question of transferring credits for courses already completed. Above you will find information on Clemson's transfer course equivalencies where you can check to see which courses transer over & find your academic advisor for your major!
You have the option of living on or off campus, & with that option comes the matter of transportation. For on-campus living information, please refer to the freshmen students page where a link is provided. Above, you will find the link for one of our transportation services, the CAT bus! It is such a great serivce to utilize, helpful beyond belief, & a method of getting to your off-campus housing if needed.
Coming to a new school, you may be wondering what kind of recreational opportunities there are Clemson's campus. Above you will find the link to our campus's gym (Fike), club sports, intramural sports, & more! If you are looking for something to do, don't worry, you won't ever be bored!

Now you may have heard that statment once or twice, but it is especially fitting for you. You see, I am anxiously awaiting the chance to get to know your story, to hear where you've been & what experiences you've had. You have already made one or two stops along your college journey but now I am celebrating in the fact that you have chosen Clemson! & I am welcoming you HOME, hoping you can come to know this school as just that. As with any change in life, this experience may be coming with some new discomfort & questioning of what's to come. But as one of your Clemson Orientation Ambassadors, I want to let you know we are here for your questions, here to be your support, and are standing ready for you with open arms!
