When it came time for me to start thinking about my Clemson Orientation, honestly I was confused. How do I sign up for a session? What should I bring with me? Is it REALLY overnight? Now you may be wondering about living on campus. Let me first just tell you, it's going to be one wild ride but such a good experience for you. Y'all don't let those grades fall! & oh I know, that statement is so much easier said than done. The transition from high school to college is especially hard academically, & rightly so. But make use of the great resources Clemson has available, & together, we can make it through. Above you will find information on Clemson's Academic Success Center & our Supplemental Instruction program. There is so much help out there y'all, & so many people rooting to see you succeed.
Coming from experience, one of the best things you can do coming into your freshmen year of college is to put yourself out there by getting involved & meeting people in new ways! & man does Clemson make it easy for you! Whatever you may love- the outdoors, debate, helping others, running, Greek life- Clemson has everything. "R-O-C-K, you rock, you ROCK!" & oh, do yooou. Just take a moment to sit back & think about all you have accomplished. You've (almost or just) graduated HIGH SCHOOL! You have been accepted to the BEST university in the world & you have made the very tough (but oh so right) decision to hop on that tiger train! I would like to say congraulations, but even more so, give you my warmest welcome to the Clemson family.
